In reply to: [WooCommerce] Searching on SKU numbers not workingHi @samed11!
I use a search field on my header for searching products. However, when you search on SKU number, it wont show anything.
By default, the WooCommerce product search widget does not search SKUs. There are some extensions that add this functionality, though. I’d recommend looking into the WooCommerce Product Search.
Let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce mobile vievI have a big problem with mobile view of my site.
I would like to have 2 rows in phone view but i cant find a way to do it .Can you send a screenshot of what you mean? Or a screenshot of what is currently happening that you’d like to change? I went to your site on mobile, but I saw several rows of products.
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:
* https://snipboard.io
* http://skitch.com/
* http://getcloudapp.com/
* http://awesomescreenshot.com/There is also a walkthrough guide here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Purchase with products from different suppliersHi @guilhermehts!
So, I’m creating a store and I have 2 different suppliers. One for books and the other for t-shirts. What I need to do is, when someone purchase one book and one t-shirt for example, I need to send to my client two tracking numbers, two invoices, etc.
Yes, this is possible. There are a couple of directions you could go.
If you’re just looking to split orders for shipping purposes into a books package and a t-shirts package, you can use our WooCommerce Advanced Shipping Packages plugin for this.
If you want something more involved, with inventory split across multiple warehouses and that sort of thing, there are multi-warehouse plugins out there like WooCommerce Warehouses that are designed for this purpose.
Would either of those work for your needs?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Out of stock email NotificationHi @henriqueh3d!
MY Issue is: I’de like to receive an out of stock email notification even if I put 0 units on back office.
Do you mean that you’d like an out of stock notification if you manually set the stock of a product to 0?
If that’s what you’re after, there is undoubtedly a way to do this, but it would require a customization or third party plugin.
I will leave this thread open in case others have suggestions on how to accomplish this. We also have a customizations page with resources for contacting a developer for help, and you can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group which are great places for customization questions like this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway] Different payment gateway nameHi @gerardimaxel!
> Why the same version of plugin is different depending on the site?
The current name for this plugin is “PayPal Checkout,” but it used to be called “PayPal Express Checkout.” It was never called “PayPal Express.” I looked through the plugin code just to be sure, but there is nothing I can find that would cause the plugin to be named this way. Is it possible that this is a different plugin?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Complex computing plug-inHi @slyc. I understand you’re interested in adding optional accessories to your products.
Do you want the accessories to be purchasable as stand-alone products, or will they only be available in the context of the main product purchase?
If you’d like the accessories to be stand-alone products, you could use the Product Bundles plugin. This would allow customers to add any number of accessories as optional parts of the bundle. The bundle itself could be the main product.
The Product Add-Ons plugin would be the best option if you don’t want the accessories to be stand-alone products.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Managing Stock for a Bundle VariationHi @loolemot. Our Product Bundles plugin sounds like what you’re looking for here. This is a bundling plugin that also includes the bundled products on the order and updates the inventory for them accordingly.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Automated tax reset bugHi @bebewazza. I understand you’re unable to get modifications of automated tax rates to “stick.”
This is expected functionality. WooCommerce Shipping and Tax will overwrite any changes to tax rates with the rates it pulls from the API when a new order is made.
If you’d like to set custom tax rates as well as use automated tax rates, you would need to look into a more customizable tax plugin, such as AvaTax.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Problem with article/productin the invoiceHi @japalipio.
WooCommerce product have only 1 product, and it’s a variable product. We sell transfers and I have configured several transfers possibilities.
Where can I relate all the transfer possibilities with the variable product?Do you mean that transfers are just the products that you sell? You can use multiple attributes to create the different variations for all the different types of transfers. You can read more about attributes in the context of variable products here.
Because the invoice plugin says that cannot found the reference from the transfer buy.
In the invoice I have only the tranfer reference and in the product only “product”, I need the transfer description in the invoice.Assuming your transfers are just normal variations on a variable product, this sounds like a problem with your invoicing plugin. What plugin are you using for this?
Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Variations purchase optionHi @pamithagayashan. The easiest way to achieve this functionality of forcing customers to pick at least one product from several categories would be to use Composite Products. With this setup, the different components of the composite would need to be stand-alone products rather than variations of a variable product, but the end result would be what you describe, where the user must choose a variation from two different categories before they can check out. Would that work for your needs?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product variation issuesHi @webprofsolutions. I don’t know of a plugin that would allow for this exact setup. I’ll leave the thread open in case others have suggestions, but this might require some custom code. If that winds up being the case, we have a customizations page at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/ with resources for contacting a developer for help. You can also ask about this on the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group which are great places for customization questions like this.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Wrong price displayedThanks @debritde. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like you would qualify for premium support based on the plugins I see there.
Can you send screenshots of the general and tax settings for the product in question (or one of them), as well as the issue, as seen on the front end? If there’s any way those screenshots could be in English, that would be helpful as well.
