Hi @laurynass.
And most of the problems got away. I don’t really understand. Images are ok for product groups, Thumbnails for products are ok. Magic.
Well, that’s definitely odd, but I’m glad that things seem to be working now! Do let us know if things break again or you need help with something else!
Hi @daudau. I’m also able to see the payment request buttons when I go to your site. This is what it looks like for me using Chrome on Mac OS X.
You mentioned that you’re accessing the site from Hong Kong. Do you have any geographic restrictions set on your site or in your Stripe account that could be at play here?
Alternatively, do you have access to a VPN service or proxy that would allow you to access your site as if you were in the US? I’m wondering if the geographic location is at play here somehow.
If not, we can try something else.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook plugin – missing entries from microdataHi @dbranson,
It looks like the required metadata isn’t being passed to Facebook. We’ve seen a few cases where a plugin/theme conflict caused an issue like this.
Here’s what I’d recommend:
– Temporarily switch the theme to the Storefront theme
– Deactivate all plugins besides WooCommerce and the Facebook for WooCommerce extension
– Run a Facebook sync at Marketing > Facebook > Product Sync
– Check to see if the products sync to the Facebook shop
– If they are, re-enable plugins/theme one by one until you find the one causing the problem
– When you find the one causing the problem, look for an alternative solution or reach out to the author of that plugin/theme
We have a guide on conflict testing here.Please let us know what you find so we can help further.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Checkout errorHi @3xweb. Thanks for the logs. Looking through them, I’m seeing some errors for suspected fraud and insufficient funds, but those are fairly normal errors and wouldn’t be due to an unsupported card type. If you look in your Stripe dashboard (dashboard.stripe.com) and look at your failed transactions, do you see anything about unsupported card types there?

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Unable to disable integrationYou’re welcome @wstone508! I’m sorry for the negative experience. We have a team that is improving the WooCommerce plugin, so hopefully things will become a bit more straightforward soon!
@harakiro, can you create a new thread for your issue? While problems with similar symptoms often seem like the same issue, they are often different under the hood, so it’s good to get each one in its own thread so it can be evaluated individually. Thanks!
Hi @mlesniowski. If you look at the order notes for this order, are there any errors there? Such notes may contain a Stripe transaction or charge ID, which is sensitive information, so I would recommend redacting that if you’d like to share a screenshot or paste the notes in. But other than that, the notes would be very helpful to see so that we can get an idea of what happened with this order.
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products page 2 (and beyond) do not showHi @screamingrooster. Thanks for checking. You’re right that the fatal error doesn’t look to be relevant.
At this point, I’d recommend full conflict testing. This involves disabling plugins and your theme, so it may be easier to do this on a staging site, which is a duplicate site used for testing purposes. If you don’t have a staging site handy, you can use the WP Staging plugin to easily create one.
Then, either on the staging site or your live site:
1. Deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce.
2. Switch your theme to a default one like Twenty Twenty.
3. Retest the issue.If you’re not seeing the same problem with the site in this barebones setup, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which one is causing the problem, reactivate them one by one, testing after each, until the issue resurfaces.
Let us know how that goes and we’ll go from there!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products widgetHi @tyronty.
Is it possible to send a staging website to you privately? So that the website at the current state is not publicly visible?
Possibly. To determine if you qualify for our premium support, can you send me your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL.
Alternatively, if you’ve purchased a plugin from our Marketplace, you should qualify for premium support and can open a ticket directly with our support team here: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Diagram the woocommerceHi @edisson22. The closest thing we have for this would probably be the WooCommerce code reference, which you can see here: https://woocommerce.github.io/code-reference/index.html. I’m not aware of a true ERD for WooCommerce, however.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Product Variable Error “Please choose product options…”Hi @anteikuanime.
We have product variable’s that we were testing however when we go to add the product to the cart we get an error message “Please choose product option by choosing…”
To clarify, you get this error message even if you choose a variation to add to the cart? Can you send screenshots of what this looks like? If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few options:
* https://snipboard.io
* http://skitch.com/
* http://getcloudapp.com/

Also, can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Products page 2 (and beyond) do not showHi @screamingrooster. I see what you mean about the second page of product results not working. That is definitely odd. Do you see any fatal errors in your fatal error logs that match up to this issue date-wise? To check, go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs in your dashboard, open the dropdown by the “View” button, and look for any logs with “fatal-errors” in the name and an appropriate date.
If you see one, please view it by clicking on it and then clicking the “View” button, as shown here: https://d.pr/i/zYVxgL
Could you then copy the contents of the log into pastebin.com, click “Create new paste,” and then share the link so that we could take a look? Fatal error logs typically don’t contain sensitive information, so you should be fine to post these without worrying about compromising the security of your site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Blocks] Payment method not workHi @psorn. I’m sorry for the frustration. I do know that we have a development team working on WooCommerce blocks currently, but I’m not sure exactly why incorporating other payment gateways into it doesn’t seem to be a high priority right now. That being said, getting these block to work is a pretty big undertaking, as every single plugin that modifies the cart or checkout UI in any way needs to have additional code added to work with blocks as well, so they’re trying to build the blocks with this compatibility in mind. You can check out the change log and open issues for the blocks here: https://github.com/Automattic/woocommerce-gutenberg-products-block

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Group attributesHi @tsakman! Attributes are not typically stored as “numbers” in a technical sense, meaning that if you save attribute values as “1,” “2,” and “3,” for example, the system doesn’t realize that these are numbers that can be compared. As such, you would likely need some sort of specialized plugin to allow you to both save attributes as numbers and then filter them using operations that would only make sense for numbers (e.g., less than, greater than, between x and y, etc.). I don’t know of any plugins that would allow for this, but I’ll leave the thread open in case others can chime in.

In reply to: [ShipStation for WooCommerce] Shipstation Orders not Updating on my SiteHi @crossbowhunter. I understand you’re seeing 403 errors with ShipStation when attempting to update order statuses after shipping them. This is often due to firewalls or other security settings on your site. Do you have anything like that? If so, you’ll want to whitelist ShipStation’s IP address to make sure the notifications can come through.
