Hi @uzair835.
If changing the order isn’t possible, what about making Credit Card selected by default?
This isn’t possible, no. The default payment method is not configurable. Sorry!
Hi @ewellander.
I just noticed for the second time that when I disabled the automated tax to try some other setting and later enabled it it would not show any different price next to the price without tex (incl. tax) no matter how I changed it.
That definitely doesn’t sound right. Can you contact our support team directly by going to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ or emailing us at [email protected]? We’ll want to get some more information from you that wouldn’t be appropriate to share on a public forum. Thanks!

In reply to: [Eway Payments for Woo] No invalid card notificationAm I looking for the error inside the eWay business centre? If so, there is nothing for it. As far as we can see if the card is not a valid card we get no notification of it at all.
This would be in your eWay dashboard, yes. If you don’t see notices about failed transactions there, you could try enabling logging for the eWay plugin by going to your eWay settings and enabling “Debug Mode.” Then retest the issue.
You can then find the eWay logs by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs, opening the dropdown, and looking for the eWay log with the most recent date. If you open that log, you should find an error about the failed card validation.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Data analyzed orders problemThanks again for the support. Yes, there are more than 300 “pending” actions scheduled, the wp-cron.php does not start?
Can I start them manually? If WP-Cron is having issues, that is likely where your problem is coming from. I’d recommend installing the WP Crontrol plugin, then going to Tools > Cron Events in your WP Admin area.
On the resulting page, at the top, do you see any errors, such as messages about “unable to spawn WP Cron” because of a 401 or 403, or anything like that?
Hi @themeskysupport. I understand that customers are seeing errors when attempting to check out.
For this kind of issue, we’ll want to look at your Square logs and fatal error logs, but these can contain sensitive information, so it would be better to contact our support team directly so that these logs aren’t shared on a public forum.
Can you please go to https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ and contact us there? Alternatively, email us at [email protected].
I’m marking this thread as resolved since we’ll be communicating directly.
Thanks!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Data analyzed orders problemHi @eminflex. Technically we don’t support down to 3.8.1, but I can offer you some general tips.
The first thing I’d check would be your Scheduled Actions logs, as the import of data into the Analytics reports uses Action Scheduler.
To do this, go to WooCommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions in your site’s WP admin area and click on the “Pending” heading to see the scheduled actions that haven’t run yet. Then, type “wc-admin” into the search bar. Do you see any pending scheduled actions after this search?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Admin] Data analyzed orders problemHi @eminflex! I understand you’re not seeing Analytics data for August 16th onward. I also see that this thread has been marked as resolved. Did you figure out a solution to this issue?
If not, could you send me your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.” If a URL would be easier, it should be yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status , replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL.
If you’re worried about privacy, I’d recommend redacting your site URL, which appears only in the first two lines of the status report. Everything else should be generic and won’t identify your site in any way.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Facebook for Woocommerce Sales price issueHi @asaad202. Can you post screenshots of the product settings for one of the products that is having this issue, as well as how it appears on FB?
Does the $10 price on Facebook for the one product correspond to anything in the product settings for this product, like a sale price, or a price in a different currency, or anything like that?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Plugin not sending pixel data correctlyHI @sanchitgoyal. I understand you’re seeing an error stating “We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event.” We’ve seen some errors like this in the past that have been false positives. Can you confirm if you see this error on Facebook directly, or if it’s only in the browser add-on that it shows up?
Once we have that information, we can move forward with other troubleshooting steps.

In reply to: [Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway] Capture / Settlement failuresHi @mpmurphy. Thanks for clarifying. Custom code questions like this are outside the scope of our support, but you can check out our Code Reference to track down more hooks to use.
I’ll also leave this thread open in case others can recommend a hook to use.
We also have a customizations page with resources for contacting a developer for help, and you can check out the WooCommerce Slack Community or WooCommerce FB group, which are great places for customization questions like this.
