I can see that this backup is implemented successfully:
sg_backup_opt(full)_20200311001845_backup (1).logAs for those 2 backups, can I ask you to decrease the “Number of rows to backup at once” option from your backup settings?

Unfortunately, this can’t be implemented on our end.
This can be increased from inside of cPanel.
Could you please ask your hosting provider if they are able to increase your execution time limit?Let me know in case of any questions.

I can see that you have implemented the backup via 1.2.0 version.
However, the latest updated version is 1.2.5.
Could you please update the latest version and go with the backup again?
Also, please try to do a hard refresh or use the Incognito mode of your browser.Let me know what happened.
