I understand that the top admin bar is not working as expected when your site is live, correct?

To clarify, does this only happen when WooCommerce core is active? Since the admin bar contains various items (many unrelated to WooCommerce), I’d just like to see if this is a WooCommerce-related issue or if it’s more of a WordPress-related issue.
If you deactivate WooCommerce, does the issue disappear? If so, can you check for any console errors on the page when the site is live, and share those with us here. You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here
Additionally, can you please share the following:
- System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs

To clarify, the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin can support automatic renewals via normal card payments and additional payment methods that use SEPA for tokenization, which are:
- SEPA Direct Debit
- iDEAL
- Bancontact
If you’d like to explore using Klarna for your subscriptions, you can take a look at Klarna Checkout for WooCommerce which is compatible with WooCommerce Subscriptions in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany & Austria.

Hmm, that’s definitely not expected behavior. 🤔 Are you seeing that for all email types, or only for “Order on-hold”?
It’s possible that there may be a theme/plugin conflict causing the issue here. Can you try running through a conflict test and see if that resolves the issue?

It seems you’d like to hide Shipping on checkout, and only display Local Pickup. Correct?
While there is no built-in option within WooCommerce core that allows hiding the Shipping method, you can use the Conditional Shipping and Payments extension to set up shipping rules based on specific conditions.
Woo.com offers a 30-day refund policy which you can take advantage of, allowing you to test the plugin, and make sure that it works the way you need.

It looks like the issue you’re experiencing is tied to Subscription products, correct?
Can you clarify which plugin you are using to enable Subscriptions on your site? If you’re using the WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, then this is the expected behavior.
This is a limitation due to the fact that subscriptions persist beyond a single transaction and therefore must be associated with a user account in order to keep track of renewals and other features.

It’s great to hear that you’re looking at WooCommerce to help managed your web portal solution! I’ll go ahead and address each question separately:
1 They do not want to pay on the store. They want to order and after things are printed we invoice them. When they place their order They need to see a total so they can issue a PO. Is this possible?
The Invoice Payment Option for WooCommerce extension allows you to add a new invoice payment method to let customers place orders without making any payment. Would something like this work for you?
2. I want to be able to filter by category. Can I do this and if so can I filter by mutiple catergories i.e. a flyer and Medicare.
While WooCommerce core allows you to filter products by category via a widget, if you’d like to filter by multiple categories, you can check out the Product Filters for WooCommerce extension.
3. Most of our collaterals have multiple prices. That is for example a flyer we will sell (making up prices here) 50 for $25; 100 for $40; 250 for $75. etc.
WooCommerce allows you to create Product variations, where you can offer different options for a product, each with its own attributes such as size, color, or in your case, quantity:

However, if you need a more robust pricing structure, you could use an extension like Product Dynamic Pricing and Discounts for WooCommerce. This extension allows you to configure different prices for different quantities. You can also show a tiered pricing table to let your customers see the prices based on different quantity ranges.
4. It sounds like we can do mass pricing updates. For example, we may have 200 flyers that are all different but the pricing is all the same. Can this be done even with our pricing being as shown in 3 above?
Absolutely! If you have multiple items with the same pricing structure, you can use an extension like Advanced Bulk Edit for WooCommerce to quickly update prices across multiple products at once, including tiered pricing structures.

Thanks for sharing that. There is nothing in the logs that indicate any issues, however I do notice in the SSR that there are two Stripe-enabled plugins installed:
WooCommerce Stripe Gateway: by WooCommerce – 8.7.0
WooPayments: by WooCommerce – 8.3.0Is there a reason that you are using them both? I recommend that you only use one as they both interface with Stripe and using both could cause a few issues.
If that makes no difference, can you try running through a conflict test and see if this resolves the issue? It’s possible that there may be a theme/plugin conflict happening here and this can help us determine that.

Thanks for the detailed update!
WP Version: ❌ 6.5.5 – There is a newer version of WordPress available (6.6.2)I’m noticing an outdated version of WordPress in your system status report. Plugins like WooPayments are usually tested with the latest WordPress core version. Can you see if updating WordPress resolves the issue?
We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
