We thought that you may have selected the wrong organization from your production tab, which is why you cannot see all the layouts. Please choose the correct organization and try again. For a better understanding, please refer to the tutorial linked here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0fYVHhXqSJI. Once you’ve done this, kindly inform us if the issue has been resolved or not.
Thanks for the confirmation.
Kindly let us know the platform name from where you sending the webhook request. We need to check it with the particular platform. Please ensure that you have triggered the webhook when you fetch the data. That’s mean you have to send a request after clicking the fetch button.
Hello Bendur,
We have checked it. It’s working on our end as expected. Could you please let us know with which platform you checked it? As we have tested it using https://webhook.is/outgoing, it would be helpful for us to identify the issue if you could specify the platform name you used. This will allow us to conduct further checks and assist you accordingly.
Thank you!
Hello Daniel,
We apologize for the delay in responding. Are you using the default Bit Form SMTP or a third-party SMTP plugin? If you’re using Bit Form SMTP, please send a test email using the Mail Test option. If the email is sent successfully, then the email system is working. If you receive an error message while sending the Mail Test, then the SMTP settings are not configured correctly.
You can refer to this document for guidance on configuring Bit Form SMTP: Bit Form SMTP Configuration.
For further assistance, please reach out to our support team via email: [email protected].

To connect Bit Integrations with Perfex CRM, follow these steps:
- Purchase the REST API module from Code Canyon. You can find the module at this link: https://codecanyon.net/item/rest-api-for-perfex-crm/25278359. You’ll find the “extracted upload.zip” file there.
- Access the Admin section of your Perfex CRM and click on “SETUP → MODULES”.

Hi
Are you using the only free version? Or using the pro version also? If you are using the pro version, we recommend updating the pro plugin to version 2.4.1. This may resolve your issue. If you are using only the free version, please let us know so we can investigate further.
