Seems like you have not selected any posts for main banner, please go through the Customizer > Main Banner and select categories or posts. If you would like to display latest posts try clearing the fields.
I could not find the Trending News section you are referring to can you send us an attachment at [email protected].

Looking at your issue I think we have already responded you in an email just after 2 hours of your support email is received. Could you check your spam folder ?
And, about above issue I suspect it may be due to the plugin conflicts. Have you activated the Classic Editor plugin ? if yes could you try deactivating the plugin and see if the customizer issue still exists?
