In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Map refresh after submit a search & not correct resultsIf you prevent javascript , forbid you break the SLP plugin which needs havascript to work. poorly constructed plug-ins that use old JavaScript or jquery ui that can cause Store Locator Plus to not work. Consider using WP Debugger
In the future please post in our store forums with screenshots of your Plugin Info/environment. If you run debugger and have a debug log that shows an issue with SLP you can email the log to our support channel

Please provide more information in our SLP forums with the info required in Posting guidelines. Inspecting your site i cannot see our plugin per se.I did see these errors by inspecting your site though

The update to 5.5.1 was done quickly to help fix a customers notation regarding an undefined filter with the Experience add-on. the ensuing bug was found and the update to 5.5.2 was released within 24 hours. We do have rigorous testing in place before publishing updates during normal times. In this instance a customer requested a fix for their community business providing needed services the developer wanted to address their issue immediately. Again we are sorry for the error and will resume our high standards for testing the plugin before release,

In reply to: [Store Locator Plus®] Email & Phone links are reversedThe image you show in the back end is only the locations screen , that does not determine the results layout, you can reorder or hide the back end anyway you want with the screen options in upper right hand corner of the plugin WP panel. You need to go under the Settings/Results/Layout or Settings/Map/Bubble layout if that is what you want to change . See documentation here about the appearance and layout
There are default layouts that ship with the free plugin.
There are some legacy add-on default styles.
I clicked on email in your site and email popped up, if I click on Wessite, website comes up. So if all you are talking about is the layout and you want to change it, you might need the ERxperience add-on.

The screens shot you are showing as far as the layout for the Bubble layout shows it correctly But I see where it is not showing up in right position on the results layout line, it should be on a separate line with the label phone . thank you for sharing that info with us . I am going over it with out developer in a meeting now to see what may have changed and will try to get back to you, but if you can register and “purchase”: the forum registration so we can share with other users that would be greatForum: Plugins

There are styles and layouts to choose from under your Settings/View but all would be standard format, not sure what your results layout is but it looks like the way the results are being displayed is inherited from your theme. You can use browser tools and right click Inspect on any element to see what styling is being rendered . You can also see what Plugins and what JS errors are on your site.
I also see a second locator plugin so i do not know which is being rendered on your site but this is not us

If you were not able to register in the SLP home forum yesterday, the server was being updated maintained, so not sure if that may have been the same time and caused a glitch. We ask to post in the forums under this support page there is info, because we do not monitor this WP SLP forum as often. We only get a question here once in a blue moon.
You “Purchase” for $0 the forum support it is only a regsitration.CSS may help you overrule the theme, or you might try a different plugin style under Settings/ View.

To post in the forums, login with the same email and password you used to access your account at StoreLocatorPlus.com.You will be asked to provide a screen shot of your SLP plugin environment. without knowing what you have installed, what your url is etc, we may not be able to help you.
The MYSLP SaaS subscription was suggested for those who do not wish to update and maintain the plug-in nor the requirement to have a paid Google API key (not the plugins demands, but googles). It is never forced on anyone, it was most likely a suggestion as the least cumbersome manner to get the best results especially for the clients who may have unique search parameters, international locations that Google tends to mangle. Updates to WordPress and gpoogle rewiring to be a paid API service changes how ALL locator plugins work. There have been other locator plugins that simply stopped providing updates and went out of business because of all the changes in this environment.
We apologize if you took any suggestions from support as being taken advantage of. To tell you the truth there just isn’t any MONETARY margin to be made on these plugins, nor the SaaS model. If anyone has been taken advantage of, it is all the developers who coded THEIR free PLUGINS to incorporate the COMPLEX Google MAPS API service that has been constantly changing, We sincerely wish you success in your future endeavors.
