You should be able to use the visibility settings:

Was this plugin provided to you by the Ultimate Member team?
I just tested it and it didn’t seem to create any problems for me in Beaver Builder.
But I was testing with only Beaver Builder, Ultimate Member & then this plugin active.
Have you tried to test with only those 3 plugins active?

@strigga I work for Beaver Builder. I’ve filed a bug report on our end to see if we can do anything since it appears some CSS targeting buttons when clicked is the reason here.
In the Additional CSS tab of the Customizer, try adding this CSS:

In reply to: Blank customizer pageThat should be fine though PHP 7.3 is nearing end of life so I’d recommend you use 7.4 or higher.
Have you checked the error log or tried enabling WP_DEBUG?

You can also check Tools > Site Health in WP Admin to see if it’s flagging any issues.
