Again, this shouldn’t happen unless some other plugin is creating layout shift in the wp-admin. I will have to troubleshoot this. Please create a ticket from our site’s contact us form.

We do not transfer any data without your permission. When you activate the plugin, we will ask for your permission first – We use Freemius platform to handle this. We will collect anonymous data only if you allow us specifically.
You should be able to change this from Wp-admin > Knowledge Base > Sections
Just edit and rename it as you like.

BasePress plugin adds a custom post type so it is not possible to remove the post type slug.
But you can set the main knowledge base page as a home page so even though the inner pages will have that slug, the main page of the knowledge base will be accessible directly from your homepage.
BasePress is not designed for front end submission, nor tested with the mentioned plugin. Unfortunately, I can’t help you with this.
You will need to customize the plugin theme for this. By default, this is not shown in this plugin.
