Sure you can. It depends on your autoresponder. If your autoresponder has name and email, after you paste the code in, the squeeze page will have 2 fields with name and email.

The squeeze pages use a different page template so there is no navigation or widget around. If you like, could you please change the page template to Default to see how it goes?
