Hi, I wanted to share that I solved the issue.
The welcome coupon emails were not being sent because MailPoet’s queue was not being processed correctly.
What fixed it for me was:
- in MailPoet → Settings → Advanced
- under Newsletter task scheduler (cron)
- I selected Server side cron (Linux cron)
Then I added a server-side cron job and set it to run every minute.
After that, the queued emails were processed correctly, the welcome coupon emails were sent, and the MailPoet queue started working again.
So in my case, the problem was related to the cron/task scheduler, not to the email content or the automation setup itself.
Thanks.

Hi @skalanter ,
I’m sorry if I disturbed you but I solved the mystery.
It’s all simpler than I thought.
I remembered how I did it, just insert an image instead of an icon when customizing the menu.
Sorry if I made you despair and thank you very much for your help.
Sorry, sorry and sorry again.David

In reply to: [OceanWP] Insert image before menu categoryHi @skalanter ,
For now the thumbnails only appear in the “MOBILE” version of the site. When you open the CATALOG menu item you see the thumbnails.
I attach the screenshots.
Thanks for your helpDavide

In reply to: [OceanWP] Insert image before menu categoryHello @skalanter,
If I show you the link to the test site where you can see the thumbnails, would you be able to understand what I did to make them appear?
The thumbnails can be seen in the mobile menu under the “CATALOG” category.https://blututt.it/staging/

In reply to: [OceanWP] Page toolbar display problemHi @skalanter,
I noticed from your response that I entered the wrong link for the product category (gadgets) which is why the 404 error page appeared.
Ok for the sidebar.
While regarding the missing parts in the nav bar in the page “blupromo” (the buttons to change the display type grid/list and the buttons to increase the number of products to display on the page), is there a solution?https://postimg.cc/qNq3WDWz –> page BLUPROMO

In reply to: [OceanWP] Menu Cart ProblemHello @skalanter,
thanks to your instructions I solved the problem, it was actually a plugin setting that caused the conflict.
In the meantime I noticed another malfunction of the site, when I click on a category in the main menu (for example earphones) a frame appears around it.
Can you tell me what it is and how I can solve it?Thank you

Hi Adam,
maybe I understand why it doesn’t work properly.
As I told you I am still in the testing phase and I am working locally using “Local by Flywheel” and I use the “Live Link” function of Local to show how the work is progressing to a person who is in another city.I realized that if I try the form from the PC / Mac where I am working everything works correctly while if I try the form from any device (PC, Mac, Android smartphone or iPhone) using the “Live Link” function of Local it gives me errors you saw in the video.
Do you think this could be the problem? However, below I describe how I made the video.
I used an iPhone 13 with OS 15.6 and Safari as a browser, but the same problem occurs when using Chrome.I purposely showed you what happens both when I want to take a photo and when I want to upload a photo from the library. In both cases an error occurs but of a different nature:
– from camera -> Please try again.
– from library -> Error saving form. Failed to read uploaded file.I hope I have provided you the information you requested.
Kind regards,
DavideHi Adam,
I made a screen recording so you can see what happens.
I am attaching the link to Drive.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GsdoIz3jsaFzGIVgx3vF2BADwtbb362Q/view?usp=sharing
If I upload the files from the PC / MAC everything works correctly, the problem persists only with mobile uploads.
Let me know.
Thanks and have a nice day.
Davide
