I did, but I was also wondering when this fix was going to be released (2+ weeks now). The process of installing a plugin manually takes much more time than simply updating.
Seeing the same issue here with the Divi forms. The activity log in Cerber says “Suspicious number of nest values”. Disabling hardening did not resolve, only complete plugin deactivation.
When is the “development version” going to be rolled out live? If not soon, I’ll need to deactivate Cerber on all of my client websites running Divi.
Fixed! Thank you very much for the help.
I was redirecting an old page (https://mydomain.com/about-us.php) to the new “about” page: https://mydomain.com/about/ on the website. This was a custom/manual redirect, not a “setting”.
When I attempt to access the URL, the address stays at https://mydomain.com/about-us.php and gives me the following error:
“We’re sorry, you are not allowed to proceed
Our server stopped processing your request. Your request looks suspicious or similar to automated requests from spam posting software.
If you believe you should be able to perform this request, please let us know.”
I’ve confirmed the behavior on two separate websites with Redirection/Cerber.
Sorry, this is a sales, or “pre-sales” question. I’d like to purchase the premium version, however I’d like to know beforehand if the plugin supports this feature. I filled out the contact form here https://themehigh.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Subscribe2 - Form, Email Subscribers & Newsletters] Force Full Post SetttingI made the change for all users directly in the DB – users are blocked from the admin so I’m not worried, nor do I care if they change it back. Thanks!

In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] 403 on get_messagesThat seemed to do the trick! Thanks for the support.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [3CX Free Live Chat, Calls & Messaging] 403 on get_messagesThanks. The plugin I use to restrict access to the REST API (WP Cerber) allows me to whitelist plugins using their namespace value. Do you have a namespace for this plugin that would allow me to whitelist it?
Ah, thank you that makes sense. Usually there’s an accompanying console error! Thanks for your help.
Non console errors in the admin. I even initiated a new chat using a different browser, accepted the chat in the admin, but still the front end did not change and show the chat window. Stuck in the name/email screen.
I also tried pausing Cloudflare, and clearing the WPEngine cache – still not luck – same behavior.
This was my exact error/issue as well. I posted a separate thread and left the plugin activated to allow you to see/demonstrate the issue.
Ah! I figured it out – I didn’t scroll to the bottom of the page to see all the categories and the “Bulk Update Categories” button. I was just using the drop down at the top, which apparently does nothing (probably should hide/disable that)
Thanks!
Install / setup a field group with ACF
Then install Jetpack / activate.
Edit your existing ACF field group (add a field etc.) and then “update” the field group.
All fields in the editor disappear.
Deactivate Jetpack, and they appear. The particular install I had the issue with was hosted at WPEngine.
My other thread on this topic, which has another report of the same bug: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/conflict-with-advanced-custom-fieldsacf/
Yes, you are correct in that the “connection” to WordPress.com is what caused the bug. JetPack doesn’t even activate/function without connecting to WP.com so I just dropped it, as ACF is higher on my list of requirements.
