- Versions of WPFunnels plugins you are using.
- The theme you are using.
- WordPress version on your site.
- Can you create a funnel using the template and share the link to it’s landing page so that we can directly take a look at what you are facing?

Normally, if you upload an image, it should be changed. But if you are unable to do so, can you let us know the following:
- Which version of Mail Mint you are using?
- What theme are you using?
- Are you using WooCommerce? If yes, what version it is on?

Can you let me know the following:
- What plugin are you using for Payapl?
- What version of WooCommerce do you have?
- Did you, by any chance, have Global Funnels enabled in WPFunnels?
- Did you only use WPFunnels or Mail Mint as well?

When you use the opt-in form, by default, it should be set to send the lead to the admin email of the website. If not, please edit the page, and configure the opt-in form settings to enable it.
Regarding the MailChimp case, please reach us via email with the following details:
- Versions of WPFunnels plugins & add-ons you are using
- Can you confirm your API is still enabled in MailChimp
- Can you let us know how you confirmed that the opt-in was submitted 16 times and that they were unique submissions?

Hi @subirbiswas , it looks like you have older versions of our Pro plugins.
The latest versions are:
- WPFunnels Pro v2.5.7
- Global Funnels v1.1.14
If you are not seeing an update option on your site, you can log in to your user account and collect the latest plugin files.
Updating should solve the issue. Do let us know once you have done it.
