Hi, when testing Upsell pages, you first need to go to checkout, process an order, and then when the upsell will appear, it will work. You see, an upsell is a post-purchase offer and it requires to go through checkout first.
However, if you still face further issues, do reach us in support directly as you are a Pro user.

- Do you use any Divi Addons?
- A screenshot of your currently installed plugins.
- A link to the funnel you created
