Hi @csasser , thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you let us know the following?
- Which version of Bricks you are using?
- Do you have Mail Mint Pro or the Free version? (This integration requires Pro.)
Also, which version(s)? - Is it a Child theme that you have active now?
Once you let us know, we will take a look and get back to you with our findings.
Hi @mrliur , thanks for letting us know.
Can you help us out with the console errors? You may email to us directly with it and we can assist you.
Here’s how you can get console errors:
After loading screen is there and nothing happens,
- Right click on your webpage. You should find an option called “Inspect” or “Inspect Elements” (this won’t work on Safari, so use some other browser). (See image)
- You will get an extended window popping up. (See Image)
- It will have a menu called “Console”. Click on that and it should show you if there are any errors. (See Image)
- Take a screenshot and provide it to us.
Once we take a look, we will try to find a possible solution.

Hi @stevenlee23232 , thanks for bringing this up!
From what you’ve described, it seems like there might be a compatibility issue between MasterStudy LMS and WPFunnels, especially when adding the LMS product through a funnel. Please make sure the LMS product is set as a virtual product in WooCommerce — MasterStudy often uses virtual or downloadable types, which can behave differently in funnel checkouts.
To help isolate the issue, could you try adding a default WooCommerce product (not linked to MasterStudy) to the same funnel? Let us know if the price displays correctly in that case.
If you’re open to it, feel free to reach out to our support team — we’d be happy to take a closer look and assist further.
Let us know how it goes or if you need help with anything else!
Thanks!Hi @kmus2003 , on the free plugin, you can collect leads using it’s lead form and then set up automation, when the form is submitted, to send an email where you can include a coupon.
However, if you are looking to send this coupon on another scenario, let’s say after someone places an order for a certain product, automations like these can easily be created in the Pro plugin, but not with the free plugin.
Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks.
@prophotoinsights Thank you for your kind words. We are glad we could help in time.
We will do our best to improve the plugin and maintain high quality.
Thanks.

Hi @zevsmatic , thank you for using the plugin.
Your suggestions seem great. I will share these with our dev to see the scope and find out if we can work on them anytime soon.
We really appreciate you giving us specific suggestions to make our plugin better.
Thanks.
Hi @susansoaps , by copying, do you mean you copied the content from a page and pasted it on another page? Or did you duplicate the funnel?
Hi @prophotoinsights , thanks for reaching us.
Can you try the following:
- Go to WPFunnels > Settings > Advanced Settings
- Here, enable the option “Disable Theme Styles in Funnel Pages”
- Click on Save Changes.
- Clear cache and check if it solves the issue.
If the above doesn’t solve the issue, please let us know the following and we will test it from our end:
- Version of WPFunnels plugins you are using.
- Version of your theme.
- Name of the page builder you are using.
Do let us know.
Thanks.
Hi @awesomeflyers , thanks for brining this to our attention.
Can you help with a little extra information so that we can work on a solution?
- Are you using Cartflows Pro or just the free version? (And what versions.)
- Are you trying WPFunnels Free version or the Pro? (And what versions.)
- What theme you are using?
- Is there any other checkout field editor plugins on the site?
- What is the version of Elementor (and Elementor Pro if you have it)?
Once you share these information, we will work on recreating the case and find a quick solution.
Thanks.
Hi @hakuna4matata , right now, we do not have such a feature. But it seems like a great idea. It will be best if you have share it on the ideas section of our public roadmap so that we can consider it in future development plans.
Thanks.
Hi @walldyney , thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will look into it soon.
