In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue exporting productsFinal update (I need help sorting this bit out disregard the rest).
I have found the issue, on the items that have multiple sizes it lists the “Item Code” once with the item name then it doesn’t for the various sizes. This is completly find however it is not ordered. It just puts them in whatever order it sees fit so that is why is currently looks like no “Item Code” or “Tags” are with them. For expample T-Shirt Black is in cell 36 and T-Shirt Black Size S is in cell 968 with a bunch of other products between it. Is there a way to export the products while keeping them grouped together without manually going through 1000s of items and sorting them correctly?- This reply was modified 6 years, 8 months ago by davaek.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Issue exporting productsSmall update. I have now looked through the entire CSV file. The “Tags” only are exported on the items that don’t have different sizes but the ones that do (Like shoes) don’t have the “Tags” exported. Hoever there seems to be no pattern what so ever for the “Item Code” not appearing. It is there for some and not for others.

In reply to: [Advanced Order Export For WooCommerce] Old values used when exportingHi could you explain that more please? Although im part of the IT department, I am tech support and I have little to no experience with websites at all. The guy who did the website left and while they are looking for a replacement i’Ve been put in charge of it and this problem obviously had to happen now when it is my responsibility. Thanks.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Changed site url but woocommerce is using old urlTo expand that part I meant under the woocommerce status page when i scrolled to the bottom there was a section where it said “Shopping Cart” and when clicked on it let me edit the link but it was the correct link shown. However when I clicked on the shopping cart on the actual site it took me to the old link.
You were right on the mark with a caching issue though. Cleared the cache on all laptops offsite and they are now getting the correct URL. Thanks for the help!.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Changed site url but woocommerce is using old urlEDIT 1: Okay an update, the correct URL is used when a PC connected to the Domain+intranet tries. But when I try use the site on a laptop offsite not in the domain but connected to the intranet it uses the old URL.
EDIT 2: Right even more confused now. When I go into the dashboard and look under Woocommerce>Status and scroll down to the “Shopping Cart” section and click on it. It shows the correct URL but when clicking on the shopping cart on the actual site it uses the wrong URL.

Don’t worry was a really stupid mistake. I had gone under the assumtion that the database was already there but I just remembered I had never migrated a site to this particular server so just had to install the database….
