In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Ops! No TicketsI disabled ALL plugins, and changed the theme. Not working. I also created a new page using the short cut, still the same. BUT when i created a brand new install on WP, it worked fine. This tells me there is a conflict in the DB that means the purchase is not being sent to the Checkout page.
I cannot work out what this is, its very frustrating and annoying as want to use this on my site.
I even created a staging site and again disabled every pluging, except the events one. Same issue

In reply to: [Ocean Extra] Issue with menu Ocean Extra 1.6.6 and OceanWP1.9.0reference above. Rolled back to the older Ocean WP theme and works fine, so hopefully in time they fix the issue on the newer version, happy to use older version for time being

Been debugging and its the ocean extra plugin that is causing issues. deactivate it and site loads fine. I have uninstalled, and reinstalled it, but still not working.
Anyone fixed this issue?
