The LiteSpeed Cache plugin is installed. Invisible mode works fine on normal days; this issue occurs only when there is a spike in bot attacks.

I found the issue. In WooCommerce, I had set the “My Account” page to be the lp-profile page, which caused a conflict with the “Lost Password” page. However, after a student registers, I want to redirect them to the LP Profile page, not the WooCommerce my account page.
Yesterday, I deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one. I think I have Rank Math as my SEO plugin. Perhaps Rank Math Schema and your plugin conflicted, but Rank Math Schema was disabled.
In the Status Report it says “Legacy REST API Package Version: The Legacy REST API plugin is not installed on this site.” Check that, maybe it will be a reason.
