Hi @rudijahn, @boatwrightr and @kuppj00
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
I’ve reached out to our developer team about this and they’re investigating the issue. We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention. If I get any updates, I’ll share here.
In the meantime, if you’d like to access legacy Imagely settings, here are some steps you can follow:
- First, log into your WordPress dashboard
- Next, paste this query string to the end of your website URL then press enter: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
- Your URL should look something like this: https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
- To enable access to the Legacy version of Imagely you’ll just need to toggle this button then refresh the page: https://a.supportally.com/i/wfvnnH
Please keep in mind though that these are deprecated Legacy settings so our team will only be able to provide limited support for any issues that may come up from using these settings.
Thank you.
Hi @brian_isaacs,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
I tested out the sorting feature but wasn’t able to recreate the same behavior unfortunately. The images would stay in the order I sorted them into when viewing the preview in the customize tab or after publishing the changes.
Out of curiosity, are you able to check for any console errors when sorting the images within your WordPress admin? Could you let me know if you see any?
Thanks so much!

In the meantime, you can continue to use the legacy admin pages as a workaround by following these steps:
- First, log into your WordPress dashboard
- Next, paste this query string to the end of your website URL then press enter: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
- Your URL should look something like this: https://www.mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=imagely-settings&tab=hidden
- Enable access to the Legacy version of Imagely by toggling this button then refresh the page: https://a.supportally.com/i/wfvnnH
Note: for deprecated Legacy settings, our team will only be able to provide limited support for any issues that may come up from using these settings.
Thank you.
Hi @straatkabaal,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here.
When I visit the shared URL, I’m able to see thumbnails appear under the Portretten heading, and clicking into one of the images opens an imagebrowser display (instead of a lightbox).
Could you share a screenshot of the issue you’re seeing, as well as the display settings or shortcode being used to insert your gallery? The behavior looks correct from our side, so I want to make sure we’re not missing something.
Thanks so much!

Hi @tracedef,
I’m so sorry for any frustration caused while using MonsterInsights.
Our team would love to take a closer look into the issues and help resolve any errors. If you haven’t yet already, could you reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ ?
I also apologize for the recommend plugins, it’s not our intent to cause clutter. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly for more reporting features, because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, you’ll be able to either deselect them for installation during the setup process, skip that step entirely by clicking on Skip for Now, or if you decide after completing the setup wizard to not use them, you’ll be able to remove them like other WordPress plugins.
We really appreciate you for giving us a try and if you have any suggestions or further feedback to share with me, please feel welcome to and I’ll be happy to forward it to the team.
Thank you.
