Hi @nothin7,
Thank you for making that adjustment.
I tried to visit the site but noticed the message “There has been a critical error on this website”. Out of curiosity, do you have any details on what’s causing this error?
Thanks.
Hi @nothin7,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m so sorry for the trouble here, and I apologize for the delay.
Would it be possible to re-activate MonsterInsights at https://wordpress.pillerdesigns.com/ ? I’d love to take a look at how our tracking script is being inserted. This will be a big help in better understanding why UTM tracking isn’t working as expected.
Thanks so much!

Hi @alimir,
Apologies for the delay here! The issue has been logged for further investigation, and itβs being considered for a future release.
In the meantime, you can disable the reports we add to the WordPress admin bar to prevent conflicts. To do this, please go to Insights Β» Settings Β» Advanced and then scroll down to the Reports section. From there, toggle the Hide Admin Bar Reports option. Here’s an example screenshot: https://a.supportally.com/i/nB4v5I

Hi @chipur,
Thanks for reaching out.
We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly for more reporting features because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, please deselect them for installation during the Setup Wizard under the Add Recommended Plugins To My Website option, or skip the “Which website features would you like to enable?” step entirely by clicking on Skip for Now.
I hope that helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you.
