Hi @christineb,
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I’m really sorry about the frustration caused.
It’s not our intent to cause clutter. We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by communicating Pro version features, because a lot of website owners aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
With UserFeedback Lite, you’ll be able to create and manage surveys to gather valuable feedback from your website visitors without any coding skills:
- Launch your first survey right away using four different question types (including star ratings, and checkboxes)
- Or choose from 5 readily available templates
- Create as many surveys as you need, or ask as many questions as you want
- View feedback and results in your WordPress dashboard
- Embed surveys using shortcodes
We really appreciate you for giving us a try. If you would like to share anything else, or if you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
Thank you.
Hi @duccio75,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. I’m sorry for any frustration caused.
We try to provide as much value as possible to our users by suggesting plugins that we integrate with directly for more reporting features because a lot of users aren’t aware of them and can benefit greatly.
If you would prefer to not use our suggested plugins, you’ll be able to either deselect them for installation in the Setup Wizard under the Add Recommended Plugins To My Website option, skip that step entirely by clicking on Skip for Now, or if you decide after completing the setup wizard to not use them, you’ll be able to remove them like other WordPress plugins.
We really appreciate you for taking the time to share your experience with us. If you would like to share anything else, please let me know and I’ll be happy to forward your feedback to the team.
Thank you.

Hi @picturesque2018,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry for the trouble here.
The Gutenberg plugin at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/gutenberg/ is the development or beta version of the block editor that’s already built into WordPress core. It’s mainly intended for testing upcoming features before they’re officially released, so it can sometimes cause unexpected conflicts with other plugins. Since the Gutenberg plugin is essentially beta software, it’s not something we can guarantee compatibility with unfortunately.
Most sites don’t need to have the standalone Gutenberg plugin active unless they’re specifically testing new features. Disabling it will let WordPress use the stable version of the editor included in core and resolve the conflict it’s causing with ExactMetrics.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you.
Hi @kristinubute,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble here!
The permissions requested by MonsterInsights allow for the plugin to access the right data to display in reports within your WordPress dashboard, as well as connect to the correct Google Analytics tracking dashboard to store your Analytics data. It’s also designed to cover all possible features within the plugin, some of which involve integration with Google Ads in our most recent release.
To learn more about Google Ads and the permissions requested, please see the following guides:
- Google Ads integration: https://www.monsterinsights.com/new-google-ads-creation-right-from-your-monsterinsights-dashboard/
- OAuth permissions: https://www.monsterinsights.com/docs/google-permissions-for-oauth/
Google’s OAuth system requires all permissions to be accepted upfront for the plugin to function. To complete authentication, please choose the Select all option on the Select what MonsterInsights can access screen.
I hope this information helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
Thank you!
Thank you for the image. Sorry for the wait!
Hmm, I see! I understand that your client published 4 blog posts in August, and that number should be 4 since this value is being fetched using standard WordPress functions, similar to the process of retrieving posts on your client’s blog page.
If you haven’t yet, would you be able to reach out to us at https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/ so we can take a look at things directly to resolve it?
Thanks!
Thanks for reaching out.
The monthly email summary report pulls in sessions, page view and total engagement numbers from the connected Google Analytics property. Would it be possible to be shared a screenshot of the email summary that shows 0 posts to better understand what’s not quite populating correctly?
Thank you!
Hi @tjspindler,
