Hello @mikawebstein,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Based on your requests, I noticed that our plugin intercepts unnecessary hooks and because of this, our plugin causes false positives. Changing the cookie option won’t help in this case; we need to exclude the hooks.
Please exclude them from CleanTalk checks by adding them to the “Form Signs Exclusions” field in the plugin settings using the regular expression format:
.*wc_express_checkout_login+
.*wc_express_checkout_continue+Please check the following guide: https://cleantalk.org/help/exclusion-by-form-signs

Hello @deanna23,
Thank you for waiting.
We’ve fixed this issue. Click “Synchronize with Cloud” in the plugin settings, wait until the rotating icon disappears and refresh the page. If you still see a warning after that, please deactivate the CleanTalk plugin using the Complete Deactivation option:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Security by CleanTalk —> General Settings —> enable “Complete Deactivation” —> Save Changes.
Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Security by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and ActivateThis option will reset all plugin settings. Don’t forget to insert your access key.

Hello @accuracing,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
I checked your Anti-Spam logs and the logs from our Security plugin, and I did not find any blocks related to the IP address 72.89.162.101.
However, I found a block for the user [email protected] in the Security logs. The block was triggered due to multiple incorrect password attempts. The block will be automatically removed after 1 hour.
You can also add your IP address to the whitelist: https://cleantalk.org/help/blacklist-usage
