In reply to: Can't Find a Particular 301 RedirectThanks for the suggestion, but I think you may have misunderstood. I don’t believe it has anything to do with pretty link lite, because if I disable that plugin completely and flush my browser cache, it still redirects.
My thought is that it must be in the database somewhere, but I’m not sure where to look to find it. Any ideas?

In reply to: [Plugin: Jetpack by WordPress.com] 500 Internal Server ErrorI was getting a 500 error on a post of mine utilizing the <audio> shortcode after recently upgrading to WP 3.7.1 and I tried a few things mentioned in some other posts on the same topic and got things working.
I first disabled the JetPack plugin and the 500 error went away, but when going to that same post I would just get a blank page.
After reading the arcicle at the link at the bottom about audio now being part of the core, I changed from using the <audio> shortcode to just putting a full URL http://www.site.com/link/to/file.mp3 directly in my post and it works fine now. Hope that helps!

In reply to: [UpdraftPlus: WP Backup & Migration Plugin] 404 Authenticating Drop BoxThis issue is now resolved! I was working with the developer of another plugin on an issue which I thought was unrelated, but the fix for that issue fixed my issue with this plugin and I wanted to pass along the fix to hopefully help others as well.
The other developer suspected that the issue I had utilizing his plugin was related to a problem with my hosting server, specifically with curl requests over SSL having an issue. I went back and forth with my web host support team SEVERAL times and finally had to escalate to management. I then got a knowledgeable tech that confirmed that I had PHP 5.2 without curl ssl support and he upgraded me to PHP 5.3 with curl ssl support and all issues are resolved.

In reply to: [MC4WP: Mailchimp for WordPress] After Installing Plugin, Settings Page BlankI just wanted to post a quick update in case anyone else comes across this issue. In my case it turned out to be that I had PHP 5.2 which didn’t support curl requests via ssl.
By providing detailed information from Danny to support and via SEVERAL interactions with web hosting support and an escalation to management, I finally got to someone that was knowledgeable and they upgraded me to PHP 5.3 with curl ssl support and bam, plugin works!
Incidentally, that also fixed issues with 2 other plugins that I had, which I didn’t realize were related issues.
Danny worked very diligently with me, even though he knew all along that it was not his plugin that was the issue. Thanks Danny!!

Let me know if you need anything further. I also noticed there was an update for the mailchimp plugin this morning and I updated that, but no difference. Thanks ahead of time for your assistance!
