Hi,
Yes, I had the LiteSpeed Cache plugin installed earlier. I have completely deactivated it now, and I also cleared both browser and device cache.

Even after deactivating the cache plugin, the issue still happens on mobile:

The stars initially appear in the correct larger size. But when I tap the 5th star, the stars shrink back to the default size, and I need to tap again to submit the rating.

So the issue is not related to caching anymore. It still happens even with no cache plugin active. Please advise what other steps I can try or if you need more details. Thanks a lot, first one hiding “Reset | ” working fine but 2nd one it’s not working. No need custom image currently result’s showing like “Plural: Search completed. Found 0 matching records.” but i need to display like just “Search completed. Found 0 matching records.” without “Plural:”.

Thanks for the reply, it’s working fine and stored ID as “10”. Is it possible to add character before number like “ORTI202410”. Currently i add one form id in that code but i have multiple forms in that case how can i add multiple form id’s.
