Hi @tomashoracek,
This message usually appears for one of the following reasons:
- The EventPrime API is either disabled or not enabled for the selected user account on the website.
- The required EventPrime extensions — specifically the Event Tickets and Check-in extension — are not installed and activated on the website.
Please verify the following:
- EventPrime API access is enabled for the user you are using in the mobile app.
- The EventPrime Check-in/Event Tickets extension is installed and activated
- Your website is publicly accessible and not blocked by maintenance mode, firewall, or security plugins
Once these settings are correctly configured, the mobile app should be able to connect successfully.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Stripe and apple payHi @tomashoracek,
Apple Pay support is already compatible with our Stripe Payment Element integration. However, before Apple Pay becomes available on the checkout page, Stripe requires additional domain verification for security purposes.
At the moment, the domain registration/verification step must be completed manually through your Stripe Dashboard under the Apple Pay settings. This requirement comes directly from Stripe/Apple and is separate from the plugin integration itself.Usually, the setup process involves the following steps:
- Go to Stripe Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Payment Methods → Apple Pay.
- Add and verify your domain.
- Stripe may ask you to upload a verification file to your website.
Once the domain verification is completed successfully, Apple Pay should automatically appear on supported devices and browsers.

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] CustomizationHi @strikesrule,
Thank you for sharing the error message.
We have received your email and will investigate the issue further from our end.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] CustomizationHi @strikesrule,
We have reviewed your current setup and are pleased to share that EventPrime offers a modern and highly customizable event management experience, including flexible designs and views, an impressive range of global settings, and additional entities such as organizers, performers, sponsors, and more — each with an extensive feature set.
As for the existing locations (venues) database, the ww.wp.xz.cn forum guidelines allow us to support only the features included in the standard plugin. The functionality you’re describing would require a custom implementation, which falls outside the scope of this forum.
If you’d like to discuss potential approaches or options, you can contact us directly via our plugin website, and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction. For event categories, EventPrime includes an “Event Types” taxonomy, which functions as event categories within the EventPrime ecosystem.
EventPrime can absolutely serve as the primary engine for your site calendar. Since it operates within its own separate namespace/environment, it can also work side by side with your currently active calendar plugin without conflict.
Additionally, EventPrime includes a Frontend Event Submission (FES) feature as part of the core offering. This allows site visitors to submit and create events directly from the frontend without requiring dashboard access. By enabling the “Guest Submissions” option within the FES form settings, users can even submit events without needing to create an account on the site.
We highly encourage you to explore EventPrime Core along with its extensive collection of add-ons. If you require any additional information or assistance, please feel free to let us know — we are always happy to help!
Hi @mglb81 ,
We reviewed this thoroughly on our end and found that the issue is specifically related to the [product_page id=”12345″] shortcode and its internal functionality, rather than EventPrime.
Our technical team will further investigate this behavior to improve compatibility with the shortcode. For verification, you may add the [product id=”12345″] shortcode within the event description field and notice that the data saves correctly.
In the meantime, we recommend using the [product id=”12345″] shortcode on the event page instead of loading the complete product page using [product_page id=””] to display the desired product information correctly.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us – we’re here to help!

In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Ticket Template DefaultWe understand your concern and sincerely appreciate your valuable feedback.
Our team recognizes the requirement for automated default ticket assignment upon event creation.
This enhancement has been prioritized on our roadmap, and we are actively working to include this feature in an upcoming extension release. If you have any further questions, please let us know – we’re here to help!
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Currently, skipping attendee details for each ticket is not available in EventPrime. We’ve shared your request with our Planning and Development team for consideration in future updates.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
We have checked the event, and since it has already ended, the URL is not returning a 404 error on our end.
For reference, the event URL is:https://ordinarytheology.com/event/st-athanasius-the-achievements-of-the-incarnation-2/
We want to inform you that the issue has been resolved, and the fix is already included in the latest version.
In this update, under EventPrime → Settings → Payment Methods, we have added a new toggle option for Sandbox Mode. Please ensure that Sandbox Mode is disabled and then test the booking flow using your production PayPal keys.
For your reference, you can also review our documentation here:
https://theeventprime.com/how-to-use-paypal-for-wordpress-events-in-eventprime/Please update to the latest version, test the paid booking process, and confirm from your end if everything is working as expected.
We look forward to your confirmation.
We will update you shortly.
Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your observations.
We would like to clarify that once an event has ended, the event page itself should not return a 404 error. Instead, it typically remains accessible and displays a message indicating that the event has ended.
To help us investigate this further, could you please share:
The URL of an event page that is returning a 404 error
The URL of an event page that is correctly showing the “event has ended” messageThis will allow our team to compare both cases and identify the root cause more accurately.
We appreciate your cooperation.
