In reply to: [GiveWP - Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform] Import .json failsThanks! Used the plugin (had to also enable the “Check only file extensions”) option as well to get it to work, but it’s done. 🙂 Thanks again…
After some more testing, it seems the “edit_ticket” permission classes a user as part of the Support team. I removed it from a test user and voila, the account could then create a ticket. Reapply the permission and got the warning message again. So guess I misread the 5 permissions list… 🙁 I appreciate your help though!
Hi… i have the User Role Editor plugin installed, filtered on granted only permissions, and only those 5 came up for each of the 2 roles. Out of ideas now … 🙂
Yes but these users are not meant to be agents or admins, just regular users. They only have the 5 ticket permissions – unless that’s too much access? But it seemed the basic functionality to me needed for a normal user. Thanks.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3 Total Cache – Deleted But Still Causing ProblemsOne thing to try, is to rename the W3 plugin folder (I usually add _old to the end) from your File Manager in CPanel. That should fully deactivate the plugin and allow you back in…
Path in File Manager is public_html/sitename/wp-content/plugins and (obviously) the folder you need is called w3-total-cache.
Another option is just delete the folder for the W3 plugin, although you should try the rename first so you preserve the config data you set up.
