Hi @finomeno,
You’re absolutely right, it can seem a bit strange. Unfortunately, we don’t have exact control over when LiteSpeed Cache triggers caching, as it depends on your server configuration. Based on recent LiteSpeed updates, the cache typically refreshes every 3–6 days to optimize site performance. During that process, it may minify or defer certain scripts, including the Eventin purchase module, which can cause this issue temporarily.
The good news is that our team is already working on an improvement to ensure no caching plugin interferes with the purchase module in future updates.
I hope this clarifies things a bit!
Best regards,
M MahbubHi @mattyice808 ,
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing. But you’ll be happy to know that this issue has already been resolved in the latest version of Eventin.Would you please update both your Eventin plugins to the latest version? After updating, kindly clear your website cache or try checking from a new/private browser.
I hope the issue will be solved immediately.
However, if after doing all this the issue still persists, feel free to reach us more by checking our pinned post. We’ll be happy to assist you as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience!
Best Regards,
M Mahbub
Hello @finomeno,
We’re extremely sorry for the issue you’re facing. This problem usually occurs due to a caching plugin, which minifies the purchase ticket module scripts. As a result, the ticket box appears for a moment and then disappears after the page load.
To resolve this:
- Temporarily deactivate your caching plugin for event pages until the event is passed. Or if you want to resolve it then follow the no. 2 solution if you are not in hurry.
- If your caching plugin includes an “Exclude” option, please follow this video to exclude the Eventin purchase ticket module from caching:

M MahbubHello @lucasvinicius,
Yes, all the frontend layouts such as the Dashboard, Ticket, and Checkout are now built using React components. That’s why it’s difficult to override them, as the JS and layout files are minified after the plugin build.
However, since you’re looking to add custom fields to an event, we’ve shared a helpful trick in this video that shows how you can achieve it:

M MahbubHello @cmuk723,
Ah, I got you! Thanks for pointing that out. We’ve tested it thoroughly using the shortcode, and it’s working perfectly fine, however, we noticed that you’re using the Elementor widgets, which indeed seem to be causing the issue. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience.
After your report, we’ve already tested it on our end and forwarded the issue to our development team for a fix. Hopefully, it’ll be resolved very soon, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s updated.
For now, please use our shortcode instead, the filters are working smoothly there. You can find the shortcode example here:

M MahbubHi @dddean,
Thanks for reaching out to us and for sharing your concern. You’re absolutely correct, at the moment, the Eventin widget filters events only by date, not by the specific time within that date.
However, we’ve noted your feedback and forwarded it to our developer team for improvement in a future update.
If you’d like to take a beta fix that sorts events by both date and time, please checking our pinned post, and we’ll be happy to provide you with a temporary solution.
Best regards,
M Mahbub
