I totally hear you on the performance and support timing. Regarding the lag you mentioned, we have actually already solved several glitch and loading issues in our recent patches. Even better, we are currently working on a brand new version where optimization and speed are our top priorities. You should see things moving much faster very soon, so don’t worry, we are on it!
