In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] ssl=1 error 400Hi there,
There might be many hosting providers that could be using the same service to block our CDN IPs. That’s why we’re asking you to contact them and ask them if they do.
I’m glad! Let me know if you need more help!

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Export statistics dataHi Theo,
@jerrysarcastic’s instructions are for the WordPress.com dashboard. This is where you can download your stats.
Go to https://wordpress.com/stats/ and log in with your WordPress.com username, then click on the individual stats cards and bellow them you’ll see a “Download data as CSV” link.

Hi there,
When I test your site I’m seeing a connection error.
Please contact your host and ask them if they’re blocking your site’s xmlrpc.php file. That file is needed for your site to properly be connected to WordPress.com.
If XML-RPC is not being blocked, check if you’re using any security plugins and configure them so that they allow XML-RPC connections.
Hi there,
Please make sure you have enabled the Jetpack Video block enabled. To check this go to Jetpack > Settings > Performance and make sure that “Enable high-speed, ad-free video player” is turned on.
If you’re still having trouble with that and since you have a paid plan, I recommend reaching out to our support team at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Cant set up JetPackHi Ran,
This is happening because your site’s XML-RPC is blocked and Jetpack needs to connect to WordPress.com.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to unblock your site’s xmlrpc.php file. Then you’ll be able to connect.
Hi there,
This is a connection error. Contact your hosting provider and ask them to unblock your xmlrpc.php file. This is needed for Jetpack to connect to WordPress.com.
If the XMLRPC file is unblocked and you’re still getting this error, make sure to disable any security plugins you might have installed and try again.
Can you please let me know that staging site’s address so I can look it up in our database?
Hi there,
I tested several of your site’s images in both Firefox and Chrome and they were served in WebP format.
What browser and what version are you using?

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Like buttons always loadingHi there,
This looks like a conflict with the theme you’re using. Can I download your theme from somewhere so I can have a closer look?
I’m only seeing one site connected to WordPress.com. Have you created a staging site? What’s the other site’s address?
