In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Good, but not perfectHi there,
If you’re hving performance issues make sure that you’re only using the Jetpack modules you want.
Most of Jetpack is designed to speed up your site by taking the load off of your server, like our Site Accelerator (https://jetpack.com/support/site-accelerator/) or Stats (https://jetpack.com/support/wordpress-com-stats/), Subscriptions (https://jetpack.com/support/subscriptions/), and Related Posts (https://jetpack.com/support/related-posts/).
With that said though, the more Jetpack modules you add, the more your site has to initially process, just like it would if you added a separate plugin for the features, so always make sure you’re only using the features you want.

In reply to: [Toujours] Slideshow No Longer AppearingHi there,
This is happening because the Jetpack plugin on your site is not properly connected to WordPress.com.
That theme relies on the Jetpack plugin and therefore you need to disconnect and reconnect it again by following these instructions:

Hi there,
By the way, the WordPress user name and email address are different between the old site and the new site.
Maybe that is the cause?Yes, that’s the cause.
Please post in the WordPress.com forums (https://wordpress.com/forums/) using the account associated with the old site. Mention both site addresses there and we’ll transfer the statistics for you.
Also, make sure to add the tag
modlookto mark your forum thread for staff attention.I’m glad that this is resolved.
Feel free to let me know if you need any other help!
Hi there,
I was successfully subscribed to your site. Please publish a new post so that I can further troubleshoot this.
Hi there,
Can you please check that all your plugins are up to date? Also, check if you have any plugins that haven’t received an update in a long time.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Missing StatsHi David,
Looks like that when you reconnected Jetpack, it got assigned a different ID and therefore you couldn’t see your old stats.
However, I was able to find the ID used on the previous connection and I have successfully transferred the stats.
Check your stats and let me know if you need help with anything else.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack stuck in safemodeHi there,
Please follow this guide to resolve this issue:
https://jetpack.com/support/safe-mode/
If this doesn’t work, just let me know and I’ll help you further troubleshoot this issue.
Hi there,
This is happening because the WPML plugin is creating a new page/post for every additional language you use. So this is correctly reflected on your stats.
Jetpack Stats cannot tell if its the same page written on another language. It sees it as a different page.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] open graph imageHi there,
This might be a conflict with one of your other plugins. Please follow this guide to resolve it:

Hi there,
I’m not able to replicate it on my end either. Can you please switch your language to English as @macmanx suggested and see if that menu item goes away?
Hi there,
No, there’s no such option and I’ll forward your request to our developers.
Hi there,
That’s not an issue with the Jetpack plugin. To get help with WooCommerce you need to post in this forum:
Hi there,
We still can’t see Jetpack running on the site you mentioned. Please proceed with the setup process.
Hi there,
The form you’re using is not gathering email addresses. It is automatically subscribing people to your site so that they can receive an email with each new post you publish.
You can also create a button so that people with a WordPress.com account can follow you and read your posts in the WordPress.com Reader. Here’s how to create that button:
