In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Error 500Hi there,
This is happening because your site’s XML-RPC file is being blocked. That file is needed for Jetpack to connect to WordPress.com and fucntion properly.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to unblock that file.

In reply to: [Shoreditch] Font in menuHi there,
You can use the following CSS code:
.main-navigation ul, .main-navigation.toggled-on ul { font-size: 1.5rem; }The current size is
1.0rem, so you can adjust that to your liking. You can paste that code snippet in the CSS box found in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Jetpack can’t workHi there,
When I run your site through the Jetpack debugger I get an XML-RPC connection error:
https://tools.jetpack.com/debug/?url=https://design-cubits.com/
For Jetpack to properly fuction in needs to be connected to WordPress.com wihtout such errors.
Please contact your host and ask them to unblock your XML-RPC file. If they’re not blocking it, then it’s possible that another plugin is causing a conflict. To find which plugin is causing the issue you can disable them all (except for Jetpack) and see if the connection issue is resolved. If it is, then you need to enable them one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Site reconnected, stats lostHi there,
I have transferred the stats from your development to your live site. Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with.
Hi there,
I need to know your site’s address so I can have a closer look at what’s going on. Apart from those IPs, there might be other constraints on your site’s XML-RPC file that could be causing those connection issues.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Gap in JetPack StatsHi there,
If Jetpack was disconnected from WordPress.com then no stats have been recorded and therefore nothing can be retrieved.
You’re most welcome 🙂
Hi there,
There might be a security plugin causing this issue. Please disable all your plugins and if Jetpack connects to WordPress.com, then enable them one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.
Hi there,
Is it possible to send PM?

Hi there,
I’m not sure that Jetpack could have caused that issue. Jetpack is a very safe and secure plugin. It even protects sites from cyber attacks like the one you’re describing.
Can you please let me know more about that path you shared? I don’t understand how it is related to the issue.

In reply to: [Jetpack - WP Security, Backup, Speed, & Growth] Image not loadingHi there,
Please make sure that your host or another plugin isn’t blocking your site’s XML-RPC file. That file is needed for Jetpack to connect with WordPress.com and function properly.
Hi there,
I was able to successfully transfer both your followers and your stats from your staging to your live site.
Hi there,
The cause might also be a conflicting plugin. Please diasble all other plugins and see if the issue is resolved. if it is, then enable them one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.
