I picked up the site from someone else but apparently the theme was originally from Schalkie (???) and modified several times. There is no evidence of a plug-in for it.
Sorry I can’t give any more detail as I am not a techie.
Any advice would be appreciated.
I have exactly the same problem as you describe. The hosting company deny it is server side so is it in the theme?
