In reply to: [Reviewkit – Trustpilot Reviews Widget & Embed] How to translateHi @psemik
Thanks for pointing this out. We’ve identified a bug related to translations and have shared it with our development team.
We appreciate your patience. I’ll update you as soon as it’s fixed.
Hi @skeldrups
Thank you for your patience while we worked on this.
We’ve now fixed the issue in our API. Previously, it was only fetching reviews from the first page, which mostly returned English reviews. This is why your other language reviews were not showing.
With the latest update, the plugin now fetches reviews across all languages, so your native language reviews should appear correctly.
Could you please check again on your site and confirm if everything looks good now? If you still notice anything missing, feel free to let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
Best regards,
HridoyHi @skeldrups
Thank you for pointing this out, and I’m sorry for the confusion you’re facing.
This is actually a known issue in the plugin. Right now, it only fetches reviews from the first page of the business profile. By default, Trustpilot shows mostly English reviews on the first page, which is why your native language reviews are not appearing.
Our team is already working on a fix for this, along with adding better filtering options. These improvements should be included in an upcoming release.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
HridoyHi @sfali92 ,
First of all, I’m really sorry for the delayed response, and also sorry for the inconvenience you’re facing.
The CSS I shared earlier was not intended for the carousel shortcode, which is why it didn’t work in your case. Thanks for trying that out and letting me know.
Could you please share a test link where the issue is happening? That will help me investigate it properly. In many cases, this kind of issue is caused by CSS conflicts, so I’d like to take a closer look on your site.
Looking forward to your reply.
Hi @shuime ,
Sorry for the late reply, and thank you for the detailed explanation.
I did some testing on your given WooCommerce shop archive page and noticed that some of the shortcode CSS is missing on your page. This can sometimes happen when a caching or optimization plugin aggressively minifies CSS. In some cases the CSS file gets partially truncated, which can cause layout issues like the large gap you described.
To fix the layout, please try adding the following CSS:
.gutensuite-reviewkit_fpln_mc_inner_left .gutensuite-reviewkit_star_rating{ width: 150px; } .gutensuite-reviewkit_fpln_mc_inner_left .gutensuite-reviewkit_star_rating img { width: 100%; } .gutensuite-reviewkit_fpln_mc { align-items: center; flex-wrap: wrap; gap: 15px; } .gutensuite-reviewkit_fpln_mc_inner_left { align-items: center; display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; gap: 15px; }After adding this CSS, please clear your website cache and any caching plugin cache.
Regarding the Trustpilot link — thank you for pointing that out. I have notified our development team about this. This improvement is already in the pipeline, and the widget should automatically render the Trustpilot URL as a clickable link in a future update.
If you have any other questions or if the issue still remains, please let me know. I’m here to help.
Thanks.
Hi @shuime
Thank you for the detailed explanation and for sharing the HTML structure. That was very helpful.
Based on what you’ve described, this does appear to be a layout issue within the plugin that is being triggered specifically on WooCommerce shop/archive templates. We’re treating this as a bug report on our side.
For now, there is no separate shortcode or built-in setting specifically designed to control this spacing behavior on archive pages.
I’ve passed this issue to our development team, and they are currently reviewing it. We’ll aim to provide you with a clean fix or recommended workaround as soon as possible.
Thank you for your patience, and we’ll update you shortly.

In reply to: [Reviewkit – Trustpilot Reviews Widget & Embed] Translation optionHi @ramzii ,
Thank you so much for your message 🙂
I’ve added those two strings (“Excellent” and “out of”) to the translation file, so you can now translate them. Here is the development version: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1APqiDtgkE1p-DyqJ3Bs4luMpLiKXBTyN/view?usp=drive_link
We’ll include this change in the next official release very soon.
And many thanks for the wonderful 5-star review! It truly means a lot and keeps us motivated.
If you have any query, I am here to help.
Best regards,
Hridoy MozumderHello @marvin0o
Sorry for the late reply — I was on vacation.
I have tested the plugin with more than 10 different business profiles, and in my tests the reviews were fetched and displayed correctly each time. I was not able to reproduce the issue you described.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and try clearing any cache if you are using a caching solution. Also, you can try testing this on another staging or testing environment — the issue may not appear there.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,
Hridoy MozumderHello @fiaba7
First of all, thank you very much for testing Reviewkit and for sharing such detailed feedback. It really helps us improve the plugin.
Regarding the review sync issue: the plugin is currently designed to fetch and display the latest 6 reviews only. So this is expected behavior and not a syncing problem. We understand this may not be clear, and we’ll look into making this more obvious in the plugin.
About the Review Grid and Review Carousel widgets — your suggestions are very helpful and well thought out. Some of these features are already in our development pipeline, and I’ve shared all of your feedback with our product development team so they can review and prioritize them.
Thanks again for taking the time to test Reviewkit and for your valuable ideas. Please feel free to share more feedback anytime — we truly appreciate it.
Best Regards,
