We’ve checked our plugin on our site but didn’t find such an issue.
This kind of issue usually happens for theme actually.

Yes, it is possible.
There was a little issue regarding this feature but we already fixed it in the latest update.

We can find that you are using an addon from a third-party plugin. It’s not supposed to work in this regard.
Hence, you are suggested to use the “WL: Product Archive Layout (Default)” here instead. Hopefully, it will work out!
