Sorry for the inconvenience caused. With due respect, this sort of issue wasn’t supposed to happen. Would you please check if the “pricing list view” is enabled or not from the elements? If not please enable the “pricing list view” from the Settings > Elements and press the “Save settings” button. Hopefully, it will solve the issue.You can follow the screenshot

However, it would be great if you clarify whether you are facing this problem with the HT Menu plugin itself or the HT Mega plugin extension for menu builder.
With due respect, actually, we are a little confused as we can see that you created the ticket for the HT Mega plugin without including HT Mega in the list you shared.
For your kind information, we haven’t encountered any such issue you mentioned after testing HT Mega plugin thoroughly while enabling the menu builder extension. Also, the issue wasn’t noticeable to us while checking the HT Menu plugin.
But, in your case, if the issue persists, we are here to look into your issue. To get in touch with developers, you are directed to create a support ticket right away. We’d be happy to help.

Actually, we maintained the WordPress standard rule.Usually, Capabilities are added to the WordPress dashboard menu for the administrators.
Maybe you created a custom role as a publisher, that’s why the menu is invisible to the publisher user.So, would you please tell us what kind of capabilities you want to provide for the publisher user?

We truly appreciate you for bringing this up. We will consider adding this option in the future update.
