Thank you for your extensive explanation. It’s now clear what’s the workaround for customers that want to switch to another payment method. We’re excited to see this feature in customers’ accounts as well in the future.
I’ve got one more question. Although it’s clear how an admin could change the payment method (let’s say from Creditcard to iDeal), I’m curious if there’s a workaround to change the same payment method as well. For example, someone’s Creditcard is expired and that person wants to give a mandate for his/her new Creditcard. Is it possible for an admin to change this as well, or do we have to wait for the ‘Customer change payment method’ feature? Thanks in advance.
Thank you for your answer. We hope that this feature will be added soon, as it a huge missing for the subscription’s use case. I’ve heard so from a lot of other people too. However, I’m glad that you’ve put it on the shortlist and that it will be released soon. Looking forward to it. Have a nice day.

In reply to: [Cost Calculator Builder] Negative numbers in quantity field. Why?We’ve run into the same problem. Your solution, marking the Quantity field as required, doesn’t affect anything. Do you have another solution to disable the possibility to enter negative values? It’s not doable to use the calculator due to this problem because it’s really confusing and unprofessional to give them the option to enter negative values.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @niklasinpsyde,
Thank you for your answer. It would be nice of you could look into the credit card behavior.
Also, it would be great if the change payment method feature would be released soon. Thanks for talking about it with the project lead. If you point out the necessity in the near future, it would really help us and other users of your plugin.
Thank you in advance.
