Thanks for the reply. I know there is a conditional fields button. But for some reason it does not do anything when I click on it when using my form that I have created. It seems to work with the sample forms provided though.

I have added a Text input field using the Number selection.
Is it possible tto have a situation that when a certain number is entered into this field a text area field is visible with some text in.
