In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Avoid optional review fields counting as zero when emptyNoted, thanks. Understand it’s not working now, perhaps you can keep in mind as an additional feature. E.g. some review fields might only be applicable to some products, hence it should be possible to leave them empty without impacting the overall rating. Thanks for considering.
Hi,
I’m implementing it via shortcodes as my theme wouldn’t display it otherwise. To test, you can check here: https://www.kiligate.com/submit-review/
I’d like the star review scores to be required, but the explanations to be optional (if possible at all). Now it’s the other way round. The problem is when the form gets submitted without the stars set, it drives down the average rating.
When the user clicks submit, the review gets submitted in the back-end, but the page hangs up in the front-end, so the user doeesn’t know that the form has been submitted successfully.
Please advise.
Thanks

In reply to: [Ultimate Reviews] Group product ratings into vendor ratings?Hi,
thanks for the explanation.
Assume I allow clients to rate products (tours) with different custom fields.
Some of the custom fields would be applicable to all products of the same category independent of vendor (e.g. a certain destination), others would be applicable to the vendor independent of product (e.g. service quality).Even though your plugin “off-the-shelf” doesn’t offer it, do you think it would be possible to custom-code, so that an average rating for e.g. a certain destination or a certain vendor’s service quality could be calculated and displayed?
Noted, thanks. Would be great if you could add this feature in future.
Sorry, that’s not my question.
Assume I have individuals and companies:
I want that everyone (even if not logged in) can view the profiles of companies. For individuals, however, I want their profiles to be private, unless they choose to make them public. Is this possible? If they make it public, can it be restricted to logged in users only?
Currently, I only see the option to make all users profiles visible to everyone or logged in users only, but don’t know how to apply this to certain user profiles only.

In reply to: [WCFM - Frontend Manager for WooCommerce] Change product/booking formYes, thanks, I appreciate that. I thought the WC Vendors plugin integrates nicer into my theme, but now I realize their Booking integration isn’t working reliably. So I might have to come back to you anyway. Also like your responsiveness.
Do you have any documentation on how to customize the fields?

In reply to: [WCFM - Frontend Manager for WooCommerce] Change product/booking formHi, thanks. What do you mean by check our capability settings?
When you say can be achieved easily, is this something I can do easily in wp-admin, or it requires coding skills?
If add/edit can be achieved easily, how about delete/don’t show?
Thank you!
Please ignore. My server provider now confirmed they’ve “disabled a false positive mod_security rule”. It’s all working great now, am totally amazed about all the awesome features and capabilities of this plugin. Very well done!!!
Hi, I got the same problem, but seems disabling mod_security didn’t do the trick for me. I’ve also tested it on plain vanilla sites without other plugins installed, and it doesn’t work either.
Any other explanations what might be causing the “403 Forbidden/Server configuration does not allow access to this page” error upon login/register?
It’s a pity because I was going to get the full extensions package, but without the login it’s a bit useless to start with 🙁
