And my old cron backups are still working although with tons of errors of files names being too long or whatever.
We’ve recently added back the old Archive file format option, you can change the backup file format. Please change it to zip and see if the errors still happen. If yes, kindly share the error message.When trying to create a back up. literally nothing happens. Nothing. I am pushing to a an FTP client and the green buttons says save and test. Nothing happens.
Are you referring to manual “Backup Now” button or “Scheduled backup”? Can you share any steps (screenshot or screen record) that will help me identify the issue?After a while. The database button reverts to off. That’s it. Over. Nothing happens.

Hello @ov3rfly, Thank you for sharing details. Along with your issues & we found more issues with the onboarding backup that triggers the endless loop. We’re working on fixing it.

You’re trying to take the whole website backup (files + DB + plugins) by clicking “Backup Now” it doesn’t backup the full site only files are included.Hello @kimipooh, I need a few things from you in order for me to identify the issue.
- Please share the screenshots in English, or at least paste the texts so that I can translate & understand the screenshot better
- Do you see any error message in the console log, if yes. Can you please share it with me? here’s a guide on how to see console log (https://support.happyfox.com/kb/article/882-accessing-the-browser-console-and-network-logs/#1)
- Can you share the log file (if available) with me?
- Any other relevant information or screen record will be helpful

In the “Network” tab of the browser’s developer tools (press F12 on the keyboard), we can see what’s happening. Record the content of the “cloudsaveandtest” and “updatejob” entries when they click the “Save & Test Connection” button?
