Yes correct, the filter should force the OSM to be viewed in the language you wish to configure for. For reference, there is a previous thread raised by the account regarding a similar issue but for a different website:

Can you please confirm that you have tried to force the locale for On Site Messaging as mention in the link from the previous message:

As you are mentioning, this is a known compatibility issue with Elementor and templates. To solve it, we recommend using the shortcut for OSM. Here is a link where you can read about how to implement On Site Messaging via shortcode:

Yes, if a refund has been done in the Klarna merchant portal already, it can not be refunded also in Woo in a way where it gets re-refunded by Klarna. I am taking a look at the order but it would seem to me the order was not captured, why refunding does not work. Was the capture done in the Klarna merchant portal and hence also outside Woo?

Thank you for raising this. Can I confirm you have completed capture and refund as described here: https://docs.krokedil.com/additional-klarna-plugins/klarna-order-management/#capture-an-order. If you are willing to share an order_id and perhaps screenshots over email to [email protected] that would be great as well to avoid exposing any personal information here on this forum.
