Hi @etellwright,
Could you please enable the Force Geolocation option from plugin settings and then check the issue again?
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @etellwright,
Could you please share the General Settings screenshots of our plugin from your store? This will help us resolve the issue.
Also, please share a screenshot of the Custom Default Location setting under WooCommerce → General Settings. Thanks,

In reply to: [Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce] No location by defaultHi @lowk81,
We are currently getting the customer’s country from geolocation if no country is set in the shipping address. To avoid this, please ensure the Default Customer Location option under WooCommerce → Settings → General is set to either Shop base address or Geolocate, and not set to “No location by default”. This will help prevent unwanted restrictions caused by geolocation.
Let me know if you need help updating this setting.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @wpshushu,
This feature is available only in the Country Based Restriction Pro version of the plugin.
To access this functionality, you can purchase the Pro plugin. If you need any assistance with the upgrade process, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!

In reply to: [Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce] Products hidden to… the adminHi @altano,
Thanks for reaching out!
This behavior is not a bug in the plugin. It’s possible that the debug tool is enabled, which may be causing the restricted products to be hidden in your store—even in the backend.
Please ensure that the debug mode is disabled, then check again to see if the products are visible for editing.
Let me know if you continue to face the issue or need help with the settings.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @wpshushu,
Yes, we are removing restricted products from the cart and checkout pages.
Let me know if you need any further assistance.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @katsura99,
Currently, our plugin is not compatible with the IP Geolocation/Database plugin.

In reply to: [Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce] No location by defaultHi @lowk81,
If Force Geolocation is disabled, the country is determined based on the shipping country.
Please open your website in an incognito or guest window and proceed to the checkout page to verify the defualt shipping country.Let me know if the country is still incorrect.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @katsura99,
I’ll check this with MaxMind GeoLite and get back to you as soon as possible.
Thanks,
KuldipHi @katsura99,
This may be a caching issue related to the Seraphinite Accelerator plugin. Please try deactivating the plugin and check the issue again using a guest or incognito window in your browser.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Country Based Restrictions for WooCommerce] Plugin is inconsistentHi @bilalsheikh10,
I believe the Page Optimize – by Automattic (v0.5.6) plugin is a caching tool designed to improve your website’s speed.
Please try deactivating it and then check the issue again.
Thanks,
