FYI: Since the last update of loco, it works well again.
We don’t change anything, the problem was loco i think.

we just set the logging-settings many times and try everything, but there is nothing related to loco in the logfiles. There are some warnings (undefined index etc), but nothing with loco.Now, what can we do?

I checked the loco settings etc. On the german (de_DE.po) file i’ve found that error:
Missing template
These translations are not linked to a POT file. Sync operations will extract strings directly from source code.
Yes, wp_debug_log are on, but there is no entry in the debug.log. When i turn wp_debug on, no error will be shown.
Hope you can help. The problems are since the last update. Before everything works great.

Here a Screen from the 2.x Version. The sync button are disabled.

thanks for the quick reply. How can i use a “own pot file”? I disable all plugin and changed themes, that doesnt help. We use WordPress Multisite.

yes i understand what you mean, but we dont know whats going wrong. We updated our wordpress to 4.3.1 some day ago, but we recognize the problem yesterday.
The only “readable” error we see is “Loco Error: Ajax failure for loco-posync action.”
