I’m sincerely sorry for this inconvenience.To resolve the issue, you need to deactivate the premium version of the plugin that you are currently using and install the latest one available on our website (v1.3.0).
If you had a freemius account created with a valid license key, you can reach out to our team via – https://themeisle.com/contact to get access to latest version of Woody premium. Alternatively, if you don’t use premium version, then you can deactivate and use the free version without any issues.
Also, answering your questions, in order to use pro features of woody you need to activate the premium version of the plugin alongside the free version .
Please do not hesitate to update us on your progress. We are here to assist you further if needed.

The freemius portal is old and we won’t provide any updates via freemius so that’s why in order to get latest update, you can migrate to themeisle portal.
Either me personally or someone else from our team will sort out the email issue when you contact us so just create a ticket and include the link of this thread in it for reference.

This appears to be a cache issue as dismissing the notice functionality works without any issues. I recommend clearing cache of your site and browser and try again.

The sidebar scroll is intentional and cannot be removed or extended. This is because it needs to remain consistent with the main Media Library scroll. For example, if you have a very long list of folders, making the sidebar fully visible without scrolling would prevent you from dragging and dropping items accurately to assign them to a folder.
Having two scrolls ensures that you can still navigate the Media Library while efficiently using drag-and-drop to organize items into categories. You can also use the search option in the plugin to quickly find a folder without scrolling through the entire list.

At the moment, this is not possible. The current implementation does not support repeating the animation behavior you described.

If that is the case, then Optimole is not the right fit for your needs. An account is automatically created when you sign up via Optimole plugin using your email address.
If you would like to delete your account, please follow the steps outlined in this guide:

Do you mean that you do not want to upload images to the Optimole Cloud Library and instead want to compress them directly on your site? If that is the case, Optimole may not be the best fit for your use case.
Optimole works by downloading images to its cloud, applying optimization there, and then serving the optimized versions. It does not compress the original files stored on your server.
If you prefer on server compression, you can try our Robin Image Optimizer plugin. Alternatively, you can use this Optimole image compression tool: https://optimole.com/image-compressor/
