I too am having the same issue. Our website URL is: https://cmi.maleksodigital.com.au
The search term we want to exclude is a tag called exclude this tag, however, though I have set the slug exclude-this-tag in the excluded search terms for Product Tags, it still appears on the front-end.

I’m not sure why it seems that way because I’ve tried using version 2 with version 2 keys and version 3 with version 3 keys. Neither worked.
The plugin doesn’t seem to like it if I change the version and doesn’t accept the version 3 keys.

I too have the same problem. We moved a website from one server to another, however the website was also originally located at http://domainname.com/wp and we changed the configuration and site location to root location. Since then all our images are broken. Trying to edit the page and update the image has no effect although the images are appearing correctly in the media library. Seems like the plugin refuses to map the image perhaps because it’s holding on to some setting?
Any help you could provide would be appreciated.

It required us to select gravity forms API plus several other related gforms custom capabilities in order for us to even see the screen.

We don’t see an infusionsoft settings screen. I can’t enter an api key. When trying to access the “Feeds” area we’re getting a permissions error. I may have a lead on that issue and hopefully fixing that will allow my settings area to change (not sure why) but i’ll report back with that.
Please respond because i see that no one has responded to Jason’s from 3 weeks ago!I figured out the problem for scenario 2. I had to create a page with the shortcode that allows me to view the course that I’ve purchased. Yippee.
I am still stuck on the 1st scenario where a higher level member isn’t seeing the discounted price and gets downgraded once he purchases the course.
