I’ve been trying to resolve this serious billing issue, but I’m going in circles. At this point, I need a direct contact method that actually connects me with someone from your billing team — not automated links or documentation.
Please send me a working link to a support form or provide an email address where I can properly submit my refund request.

Unauthorised automatic charge
- Hi, the exact same thing happened to me. I was charged almost $230 without my consent, despite using a limited/free plan. I never authorized any upgrade or payment, and there was no warning, invoice, or notification before the charge. This feels like a hidden or forced auto-renewal with no clear cancellation method.
- I respectfully request a full refund and the cancellation of any subscription or auto-renewal attached to my account. Please confirm this has been done as soon as possible.
