The problem still persists after some updates to all plugins involved. I’ve reported it everywhere I know during the last 6 weeks, and every plugin manufacturer just keeps pointing at someone else.
No one is actually helping, neither WooCommerce nor Stripe nor the shipping plugin authors. All paid plugins, all just point to someone else and I’m being asked to type up the same stuff over and over again on different sites, only to be asked the same questions over and over again. I’ve wasted at least 20 of my hours on this now and am getting nowhere.
It still *only* happens with quick pay options through Stripe. Not with COD, not with regular Stripe, not with PayPal. It has worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. It has been reported by multiple users and it isn’t being fixed.
On my site, Apple and Google Pay remain disabled and I’m looking very seriously into migrating my whole site and shop away from WooCommerce after 5 years just so I have *one* place to report and fix problems in the future.
No, the issue still persists. I’ve begrudgingly keeping QuickPay buttons disabled for over a month now and will probably talk to Shopify soon.
fwiw the issue still persists and everyone is just sending me somewhere else. German Market to WooCommerce to Stripe to the forums to github… I’m losing track and give up. I’ll keep express checkouts disabled and hope to spot a fix in the changelog of upcoming updates.
There clearly is an issue with express checkout skipping various things before capturing payment, from tax to coupon codes to fees since recent updates, as evident from similar threads.

What’s more frustrating than the issue is figuring out which support to talk to and being sent from one to the other for a solid week, explaining the same issue 5 separate times and being asked to do the same conflict tests 5 separate times.
Hello,
just like with @benoitfouc, using WooPayments instead of Stripe-Gateway results in the same problem:
Stripe:

WooPayments:

The authors of “German Market” (whose plugin is not at fault here) have told me to ensure the payment plugin still goes through the regular Checkout process. The PayPal Plugin offers such an option, neither WooPayments nor Stripe do, although they both worked fine until 12 March.

I’ve disabled the express pay buttons on product and cart pages anyways, and to avoid further mistakes in tax charges, I’ve temporarily disabled them altogether now.
This is obviously not great and will will be costing conversions. 🙁
Hallo @drazenbebic,
danke für die Antwort.. ich hatte das Plugin zwischenzeitlich wieder deinstalliert, eben wieder neu installiert und probiert. Jetzt geht der Login.
… hello? Is this thing on?

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] Still “Post Number is missing…”Same problem here… it only works when people use the (horrible) location picker. Most don’t, they just enter their post number in the company field or leave it as a comment and I have no solution but to manually print their labels. Please just add the PostNumber field to the admin backend?

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] “Print Only If Codeable” does not workThe checkbox was grayed out and checked on the most recent orders I processed, if I remember correctly.
I just got off the phone with DHL and they said Routing Code Errors can be caused by a lot of things including how I print and where I stick the label etc.
One error described in the link they sent me was “bar codes are too close to the border of the label” and I just noticed a lot more Routing Code Errors started appearing on my invoices after the most recent DHL for WooCommerce plugin update where the pdf label format changed.
I use an A4 printer to print 4 self-sticking A6 labels at once and the slimmer PDF generated recently got printed closer to the border – so maybe that was it and it had nothing to do with the plugin or the portal. I just wish their error reporting had given more of a clue towards this…
I’ll make sure the bar codes are 100% readable in the next few weeks and report back whether the errors go down.

In reply to: [DHL Shipping Germany for WooCommerce] “Print Only If Codeable” does not workI’m not sure where?… In the archive I can’t find anything.
What I could find on that (horrible) site is the General Setting:
“Print shipments regardless of missing Routing Codes.” which is switched off.
