I wanted to follow up on this thread following the latest update to the plugin, version 2.0.2.
First, I wanted to see if you were still experiencing these issues after updating to the latest version. If those issues persist, could you enable our new built-in error logging to see if we can scrape some additional information on what’s going wrong?
For reference, that logging can be found in a new tab in the MailChimp For WooCommerce plugin settings, pictured here: https://cl.ly/172i1I2L0H2f
Could you try replicating the error with the logs enabled and let us know if you see anything generate in those logs? It would be much appreciated as our developers review some of these syncing issues.

I wanted to reach back out and see if this issue was ever resolved for you – we recently pushed a major update to the plugin that should fix a few issues. Could you please get back to us and let us know if updating your plugin to the latest version resolves things on your end? The latest version of MailChimp for WooCommerce to date is 2.0.2 .

Thanks for the response! I noticed that the MySQL version running on your site is a bit out of date and does not meet the minimum server recommendations listed here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/ That could be causing issues with plugin functionality. Does the issue persist after updating to MySQL 4.6 or greater?

Thanks for your post. Version 2.0.2 of the plugin should be compatible to run with MailChimp’s new remarketing features. It might be the case that the connection could be outdated, and the MailChimp app isn’t picking up on the newest version of the plugin you’re running.
Just to be sure, could you try deactivating, deleting, re-adding, and reinstalling the ‘MailChimp for WooCommerce’ plugin? From here, can you try making a brand new campaign in MailChimp? This should help confirm a brand new connection for MailChimp to check.

I’m sorry to hear the plugin is not working on your site. When you enter the API key, are you seeing any type of error? Do you see the “store settings” tab as the next step after entering the API key?
Also, can you grab your WooCommerce System Status information for us?

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like that’s an extension for WooCommerce. Can you provide the WooCommerce Status page information? That can be found in WordPress under WooCommerce in the left sidebar, then Status.
Other than the checkbox not showing when using that extension, does everything else with the plugin work as expected?
