Sorry totally confused that thread is closed and says “The topic ‘Important! PRO version support.’ is closed to new replies.”

If you use PRO version, please write your support requests in the comments section of the page, where you purchased PRO.

So where do I ask pre sales questions ?

Im currently using the pro version and my licence is due for renewal, Ive been battling with the plugin for a few days now, but Im not purchasing another year if it doesnt work.

When I do have a problem and want to ask about a pending payment, Ive found the chat channel to be absolutely useless. No one replies.
