Thanks.Hi @fashionghana ,
From our initial investigation, this appears to be a theme-related conflict.
For further analysis, we emailed you on 20/03/2026 (Subject: ReelsWP – Reel Not Centering / Fullscreen Issue – Need Page Details & Access). As a premium user, and in line with our support policy, we require additional details about your setup to proceed—but we haven’t received a response yet.
Since this involves site-specific information (which isn’t ideal to share publicly on the ww.wp.xz.cn forums), we recommend continuing via a private channel.
Please reply to the support email we sent, or open a support ticket through our CRM (the same platform where you downloaded the product). Our support team will review your case and assist you accordingly.
Thanks.
Hi there! – @fashionghana
We’d like to share some recent updates to the plugin that make managing and displaying reels even smoother. Key improvements include:
- Reel centering and overlay issues are now stable.
- Thumbnails can be added for reels.
- Frontend widget titles are now customizable.
- Reels can be closed by clicking outside the player.
- Titles of reels can now be displayed on the frontend.
Give it a try and let us know how it works for you; or if you have any other suggestions. We’d love to hear your thoughts!
Best Regards.Hi there,
Feature requests are handled on our side. When you share an idea like this, we log it internally and review it for future updates.
We agree it’s a useful option, especially for reel groups, and we’ll keep you updated once it’s available. Thanks for sharing the suggestion.
Thanks again for your valuable feedback.Best regards
Hi There,
Thanks for the follow-up.
About the reel name:
This is expected behavior, not a bug. The reel category name is shown only in the editor to help with managing reels. On the live site, it’s hidden on purpose to keep the layout clean. This is not caused by your theme. If you’d like the name to appear on the frontend, we’re happy to consider it as a feature request.About the first issue:
We’ve looked into it, and it seems to be a theme-related conflict where the reel styles are clashing with the theme’s own styling. Our team is already working on this to improve compatibility and provide a proper fix.
Thanks again for your patience and helpful feedback.
Best regards.Hey @kimkzoo ,

Hi @pelinventura ,
Glad to hear that worked!
Thanks for staying with Marquee Addons ; appreciate your support!Best Regards.
We checked the issue, and here’s what’s happening:
Elementor’s icon/SVG controls only support single-color SVG customization. Because of that limitation, multi-color SVGs don’t retain their individual colors properly when used inside the marquee widget.
In your case, the SVG paths include custom classes with predefined colors in your CSS. Those CSS rules are overriding the original SVG colors, which is why the illustrations appear recolored or seem to affect each other.
To fix this, you can try either of the following:
- Remove the custom classes from the SVG paths
This prevents your CSS from overriding the fill colors, allowing the SVG to use its original colors. - Use unique class names with targeted CSS
If you need custom styling, rename the class names inside each SVG so they don’t conflict with each other, and update your CSS accordingly.
After applying one of these adjustments, the SVG colors should display correctly inside the marquee widget.
This behavior comes from Elementor’s SVG limitations, so these are the only available solutions at the moment. Thanks for understanding!
Best Regards.Hi @pelinventura 👋,
